CoderZone Sandbox: Basic HTML Horizontal Rules
This page shows examples of using horizontal rules, which are created by using the <hr> tag. A default horizontal rule appears as a thin, shadowed line with a width of 100% of the screen (or the container it is within). The thickness, width, color, alignment and shadowing can be controlled with various parameters as shown below.
