CoderZone Sandbox: CSS Borders
This page shows examples of using CSS to control the borders of HTML elements such as div and spans. CSS allows hexadecimal color values like "#2222dd" (a deep blue), colornames like "green" or "FireBrick ", and also RGB colors like "rgb(200,30,30)" (a deep red). Hex color values may also be used in a shortened form, such as "#22d", which is equivalent to using "#2222dd". CSS colors may be applied to any attribute that has a color property, including fonts, backgrounds, borders, shadows, etc.
