Hey all. Just wondering what the deal is here. While clicking around Google I came across an interesting link on psoug.org.

Just out of curiosity, are these two sites working together? What's the deal? Again, just clueless and curious.

http://psoug.org/browse.htm?cid=2
http://coderzone.org/library/index.htm?cid=2

http://psoug.org/snippet/PHP-Array-of-all-US-states_925.htm
http://coderzone.org/library/PHP-Array-of-all-US-states_925.htm

http://psoug.org/snippet/Detect-MobileWAP-browser_50.htm
http://coderzone.org/library/Detect_MobileWAP_browser_50.htm

...etc, etc, etc. You'll notice the same `cid` for the PHP category, the same `.htm` file names, from the identical directory of snippets. On the snippet pages, the identical info along the left nav (with the exclusion of `Author: CoderZone` on the psoug.org site).

Same << last and next>> links (even to the point of both sites having white space between`last` and the arrows, and no white space separating`next` from it's arrows).

I could go one and on...

Huh

The two sites are very much working together; they're part of a small network of tech-oriented sites owned by the same group.

CoderZone was developed to serve a wider, more general programming-oriented audience than PSOUG, which is focused almost exclusively on the Oracle database. The code library from PSOUG was ported over to used here, but the PSOUG one isn't usually updated unless it's Oracle-related code. The one here has snippets added to it every so often.

Fair enough... makes total sense now! Not knowing that would obviously make one curious. Grin
